Kayla Hempe Scholarship Recipient
Kayla Hempe of Newmarket, NH, senior Civil Engineering student at UNH, is the 2009 recipient of the Granite State Chapter #218 Scholarhip. Kayla was a guest at the Annual Meeting held in September where she was presented her award.
